Outside the Zone

 Where the magic happens

Isn't this so true?!  S-T-R-E-T-C-H that comfort zone!  One of the (few) things on my bucket list is to ride a hot air balloon.  The clencher on this is I am really afraid of heights, but I really want the experience of sailing in the air.  I asked my husband if he wanted to go and he said that one of us had to live, so he'd stay home. =0)  I find out tomorrow if I get to go or not.  Oh, keep your fingers crossed.  What's one of the bravest things you have ever done?
Blessings,

Oh- I hope you can go and conquer that fear. The scariest thing I ever did? Marrying my husband when EVERYONE told me I shouldn't....lol

Ballooning? Scary but exciting! Going parasailing and ziplining were the scariest things I did when I was fearful of heights. I loved it anyway!
Have a great weekend!

I think you are exactly right - living comes when we go a little bit out of our comfort zone and a lot of people aren't willing to do that!

Thanks about my dog - he has gotten into it before - and nothing happened - but this time his heart rate was going 260 - NO MORE CHOCOLATE ON THE GROUND!

Holly, I had two flying lessons and I couldn't quiet laughing ...it was so fun. The pilot actually let me fly the plane, he did take off and landing. Then I have snorkled in the Carribean sea. That was pretty fun and daring. Good luck with the hot air ballon...that is something i would do too. Oh once Ted and I took a helicopter ride....he said he didn't think it was so thrilling, I said that's because you were in the back and I was in a seat up front with no door. Smiles, Susie

I get to meet up with Carol from the Polka Dot closet blog Monday! That should be fun!

Ballooning, really? Hope your wish comes true Holly! By the by, I love your hubby's comment! Typical! Ex-RAF would have said exactly the same thing!
Bravest thing I have ever done? I'll get back to you on that!

I hope you get to go! I think ballooning is pretty safe, I haven't tried it though. I think some of the brave things I've done have been not so bright, so... In real life I'm very shy, so brave for me is getting out and interacting more!
