I have to be honest and tell you that at the time, I have not always been so thankful for the storms I have gone through. But, I can tell you now that I am thankful for them because it has helped me to be more compassionate toward others and goodness knows, we can all use a little compassion. So, today I am thankful for how I grew through the storm, how God has used it to allow me the exquisite honor of walking alongside of others when they walk through their storms, and for the gift of compassion that others have shown to me.
And you?
Blessings,

I think compassion comes naturally for some people (depending on how they are raised) and I think it is learned behavior for others. I think compassion is one of the best traits we can possess. xo Diana

I was thinking something about the storms of life the other day. Posted something on it yesterday - we go through a lot and sometimes, I think it is to teach us, help us, keep us looking to the Lord (so we don't get cocky) and who knows why else, but He does. It really does help to see people in their crises differently though. Thanks. Jenn
