Fear...not

The greater the fear, the greater the tolerance.  When we are afraid, we tolerate more because we don't want to confront it.
One of my favorite women was Eleanor Roosevelt.  She never realized how beloved she was by the people and how much she had to offer until after her husband had died.  I believe that when we struggle with difficult challenges in our lives that it is where we grow the most.  Here is one of my favorite quotes from this amazing woman:
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.

Blessings,
