Having to be adjusted in a place that happens to be in your cheeks (and I’m not talking about the ones on your face) is more than embarrassing. Then when lying on your front and the Dr. is standing at the end of your feet and looks from the bottom of your feet up to (I’m not sure where but I’m guessing my back end) to make sure your aligned. It’s at those times that you really wish you had stuck to your “eating healthy” kick. Heavy sigh… Today was my monthly visit to the chiropractor and it was like all the others. Next, he was loosening up the muscles in my neck. I know that my grimacing face was so attractive as was my saying, “Owww” and “that hurts.” I then said to him, “You know what the best thing about this is?” He asked what and I said, “NOTHING!”
